Barry Bourke Holden sought extensions to current buildings and proposed new buildings for an Audit showroom (585m2). Extensions to existing showrooms for Audi, Cadillac and Hummer (232m2) and existing spare parts (230m2) were also sought. Total area of building extension was approximately 2300m2. The site is currently located off the service road of the Princes Hwy.

The abutting sites to the east and west are also occupier by car dealerships.
