Trevor Ludeman is a Town Planning Consultant with 30 years of experience within the town planning profession. He is director of Project, Planning and Development Pty. Ltd. (PPD) and as such is responsible for leading the business as well as playing an active production role in providing planning and development solutions for the use and development of land for private sector clients.
Trevor’s professional experience includes site assessments, planning permit applications for a wide variety of developments including commercial, industrial and residential, auditing of planning departments within local government, strategic planning and professional training. He regularly appears at the Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal as an advocate or expert witness.

Casey Lane has been a Town Planner with Project Planning & Development Pty. Ltd. since March 2012. Her involvement with Town Planning activities has been significant, ranging from extensive development feasibilities, planning scheme amendment submissions and project management of planning applications. Casey’s professional experience with planning applications includes development, change of use and subdivision within commercial, industrial and residential zones. She is also experienced with the procedures of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal as well as best practice for service of clients and external party’s.
Having completed an Honours program at RMIT University, Casey has highly developed skills in research, data analysis and written communication including a well-developed ability to complete town planning reports according to strict criteria.
